At Mindfulness & Motion Wellness Studio we provide a diverse set of proven movement techniques that are  designed to enhance innate abilities and functions in a way that benefit us physically, emotionally and spiritually.   We have carefully selected these core disciplines to provide our clients with a breath of techniques that produce results.

Body Rhythm    

Aerobic interval class specifically designed for people who don't like the exercise but like to have fun. Created by Margie Ford, this class is a combination of Latin, African, Belly dance, Circle dance and an Indies Chandra. abdominal core muscle strengthening included  


Zumba

Aerobic interval Latin dance program that works the core while burning fat.  Participants can burn anywhere between 300-500 calories.  This program includes abdominal work and strengthening.
 

Yoga Booty Ballet   

Yoga booty Ballet, dynamic fusion of yoga booty sculpting and dance that will make you feel and look strong, confident
and beautiful.
 

Nia

A non-impact cardio program.  Nia is fitness for higher functioning.  a fusion of dance arts (Modern, jazz, and Duncan dance), martial Arts (Tai Chi, Aikido, and Tae kwondo), and finally the healing arts (Feldenkrais technique, Alexander technique and Yoga).  This exercise program is safe, effective and fun for all people no matter what fitness level. This is a great class to help improve body awareness and integration thus improving functional mobility in everything you do.  It is a cardio movement class, but we also focus on flexibility, agility, mobility, stability and strength as well.  A great "whole body" exercise program participants can burn anywhere between 300-500 calories in a one hour routine.  
 

Inspirational Gospel Aerobic Body Sculpturing  

Moderate/Low cardio fitness program, choreographed with inspirational music that include burning calories and developing leaner muscles.
