Are you making significant changes in your life or entering a new phase?

Personal mentoring can help you identify and work through challenges during times where you might feel “stuck”. Through individual guidance and support from a seasoned teacher, you will be able to explore, reflect on and utilize mindfulness practices that will assist you in improved physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Sessions are designed to assist with engaging in self-care practices and relaxation.  It invites participants to learn how to integrate the benefits of mindfulness into everyday activities. Participants will experience relaxing, rejuvenating, and recharging exercises, along with mindful movement that everyone can do.

Session Objectives:

  • Understand the definition of Mindfulness and how it can be beneficial to one’s life

  • Recognize the relationship between mindfulness, stress, and stress recovery

  • Learn and experience specific mindfulness practices and engage in deep relaxation

Session Outcomes:

  • Develop options for dealing more effectively with stress

  • Experience ability to settle a busy mind and direct and sustain attention/focus

  • Improve your capacity to use resiliency practices and recover from challenges using awareness of your physical, cognitive, and emotional states in the present moment.
