What is Mindfulness Mentoring?

It is an opportunity to spend dedicated time with a seasoned practitioner/Certified MBSR Teacher to begin or further cultivate a personal mindfulness practice. Mentoring sessions focus on one’s own internal resources and encourage exploration and inquiry into your own wisdom. This collaborative and reflective approach is intended to assist you in developing and/or deepening your own mindfulness practice. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are in your life and support you as you determine how to apply mindfulness practices and concepts in your everyday life.

Individual: A private one to one mentoring session for 60 minutes. 

Group: 4-8 individuals meet for four-six 60-minute sessions.
